Contact & Support

Contact VPNWC Support

For account, subscription, payment, refund, and international route issues, submit a ticket through your user panel first. Your issue details and support history stay on the same page, so you can add more information as needed.

Different issues require different information. Tickets are best for checking account status, order records, or route conditions, and make follow-up easier.

How Support Works

Response Times and Handling Order

Tickets are generally handled in the order received. Issues that can be checked directly will receive troubleshooting guidance first; payment records, refund eligibility, and route investigations require verification, so handling time varies by complexity.

VPNWC does not promise a fixed response time. After submitting a ticket, check its status for updates. If you need to add information, reply to the original ticket instead of creating another record for the same issue.

Refund requests are covered by VPNWC’s 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Include the relevant order and request details to help reduce back-and-forth verification.

Before You Submit

Organize Details by Issue Type

Submit only information relevant to the issue at hand. Clearly describe what happened, your environment, and the steps you have tried; this is usually more helpful than simply writing “it doesn’t work.”

Helpful Details to Include

  • Account & subscription: Include your login username, the message currently shown on the page, and whether the issue occurs during login, with plan status, or when retrieving your subscription. VPNWC registration requires no email address; a username and password are enough to register.
  • Payments & refunds: State which payment method you used. VPNWC supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; for refund issues, include the relevant order and request details.
  • Connections & routes: Include your platform, selected region, route type, protocol name, and error message. VPNWC supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux.
  • Client import: Tell us whether the subscription was copied, whether a route list appeared after import, and exactly where the connection stopped. Client access is provided through the user panel.
Support Scope

What Can You Ask About?

When does plan traffic reset?

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. If the page does not match your expectations, submit a ticket for verification.

Do I need to ask separately when connecting multiple devices?

This service has no device limit. If the same issue occurs on multiple devices, list each platform and its symptoms in one ticket instead of submitting duplicates.

How do I report a connection issue with a specific international route?

Include the region, route name, protocol, platform, and error message. If other routes connect successfully, mention that too so support can distinguish a single-route issue from a local client configuration problem.

Can I submit a ticket about coverage?

Yes. VPNWC covers 100+ countries and 170+ routes. To confirm a specific region, check the servers page first, then describe your use case in a ticket.
