Service Description and Scope
VPNWC provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access and access to international websites, including international routes, subscription details, client download access, and related technical support. Route coverage, available protocols, and specific features are based on the information displayed on the website and in the user panel at the time.
The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Connection performance may vary by operating system, network conditions, and third-party services. VPNWC may reasonably change available routes, protocols, and client features for maintenance, resource allocation, or product updates.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and support tickets made through their accounts. If credentials appear compromised, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
An active subscription can be used on any number of devices by the same account holder on devices they manage. Accounts, subscription details, and access credentials may not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with others, and may not be used to resell or distribute routes or provide unauthorized relay services.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan type, traffic allowance, and order details before payment.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is actually used, and must independently confirm that their network access, data transfers, and content use meet those requirements. The service may not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of others’ lawful rights, distribution of malware, unauthorized system access, or disruption of normal network operations.
Users may not consume service resources through automated requests, abnormal concurrency, malicious scanning, or other unreasonable methods, nor attempt to damage the normal operation of accounts, routes, clients, or the user panel. Users are legally responsible for content they access, publish, store, or transmit.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNWC performs routine maintenance on its routes and systems, but cross-border connections may be affected by local network quality, carrier routing, device settings, third-party platform policies, system upgrades, and events beyond reasonable control. During maintenance or outages, some routes, protocols, or features may be temporarily adjusted or suspended.
VPNWC does not guarantee continued access to third-party websites, applications, or content, and is not responsible for third-party service content, transactions, or privacy practices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, losses caused by a user’s device failure, configuration errors, mishandling of credentials, changes to third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control are the responsibility of the party responsible for them.
Refunds and Account Termination
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Submit refund requests through the support ticket section of the user panel; processing is based on the relevant order and actual payment records. Once the refund is completed, the subscription benefits associated with that order will end.
If an account involves subscription resale or sharing, unlawful use, infringement of others’ rights, interference with service operations, false order information, or continued violations of these Terms, VPNWC may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account and related subscription as appropriate. Where necessary, relevant information will be provided through the website, user panel, or ticket records before or after action is taken.
Changes and Effective Date
VPNWC may revise these Terms in response to changes in the service, legal requirements, or operating policies. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the latest update date. Changes affecting important user rights or responsibilities may also be announced through the website or user panel.
Continued use of the service after the Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised content. If a user does not accept the changes, they may stop using the service and submit a request through the user panel where the refund terms apply. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations.
