About VPNWC

This page explains our service model, route selection, and privacy practices.

Service

Service model

VPNWC is a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access. It suits people who need international websites, overseas online tools, streaming services, or connections across multiple devices. The service currently covers 100+ countries and 170+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux.

You do not need advanced networking knowledge to use the service. Routes, protocols, and subscription options are kept as clear as possible, so you can choose based on your location, target service, and actual connection performance. All plans support unlimited devices, making it easy to use the service across computers and other personal devices.

Operations

Operating principles

Route selection starts with the intended use. A shorter distance is not always the best fit, and dedicated, relayed, and direct connections each involve trade-offs. VPNWC organizes route information around network topology, protocol characteristics, and destination regions, so you can see what each route type is suited for instead of judging by the route name alone.

When connection issues arise, we first determine their scope, then check the current route, protocol, and client status, and finally provide practical switching steps. If changing routes resolves the issue, we keep the response focused; when further diagnosis is needed, we retain only the necessary troubleshooting details to avoid repeated attempts and unnecessary effort.

Privacy

Privacy approach

VPNWC follows an anonymous no-logs policy and does not record browsing content. Data collection follows a data-minimization approach, processing only what is needed for accounts, subscriptions, and service delivery. No email address is required to register; a username and password are enough to create an account.

Troubleshooting focuses only on technical information needed for the connection and does not treat users’ access content as routine support material. For details on data use, retention, and your rights, see the Privacy Policy.
